Physical Education
The Physical Education Department is committed to providing a platform for health and fitness awareness, enhancing the quality of life, and promoting health and wellness through physical activities and community programmes.
We offer three (3) academic courses for both male and female students: PE 001 and PE 002 courses for the preparatory year and PE 101 for college courses. Our programme's emphasis’ is increasing awareness for physical activities, assessing health-related physical fitness, and learning fundamental skills of various sports and games.
